Onboarding

You will receive access to a structured workspace in Asana where the details of your project are outlined. This is where all communication will take place once we get started.

You’ll receive a complementary project journal to help you write content for your new website. We’ll also hop on a 60-minute alignment call to discuss your website goals and vision before getting started.

Design & Development

This is when the magic happens. Equipped with everything I need to know about your business and vision, I get into the creative space to craft your full website. We’ll be in touch via Asana throughout the process to gather feedback and collaborate as needed.

Delivery & Support

Once your website is completed, I share a personalized tutorial video guiding you on how to navigate the website editor and make adjustments in the future.

If you feel like you need ongoing support, you can also opt to subscribe to a website aftercare package.

  • I create your website on Kajabi or Squarespace.

    I love these platforms because of their emphasis on clean functional design, mobile responsiveness and ease of use for my clients after handover. You get to have everything managed in one place without the need for external hosting, excessive plugins and separate accounts.

    At this time, I don’t work with Wordpress, Wix, Weebly, Showit, or other platforms.

  • Absolutely! One of the reasons I use Squarespace and Kajabi for building websites is that they are intuitive enough for my clients to be able to manage their site on their own after we work together. As part of this website design experience, you’ll receive a video tutorial with instructions on how to edit and update your site moving forward.

    If you need ongoing support, you can opt for one of my website aftercare packages.

  • No – in order to create the best possible website for your business, it’s helpful to have your branding finalized ahead of time. If you don’t have any branding to work with, I recommend we start with the brand design experience.

  • In order to effortlessly create your website, I will need:

    • Access to your Squarespace or Kajabi account

    • Your domain to be purchased and connected to the website platform

    • Your completed website content (i.e. text and images for each page)

    • Any branding assets you can provide (i.e. logos, fonts, color paltte, style guide, etc.)

    As part of the onboarding process, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to provide these.

  • In order to launch a website, you’ll need to purchase the following:

    • Hosting plan (through Squarespace or Kajabi)

    • Domain (through Squarespace or other Registrar)

    • Pricing varies depending on which plan and service provider you choose.

    Additional (optional) expenses for a website may include:

    • Professional branding

    • Professional copywriting

    • Professional photography

    • Premium stock photography

    • Premium font licensing
